Warrens Substation
With significant growth and commercial development in the Tomah area, a true need existed for expansion of the area’s electric transmission system.
American Transmission Co. and Alliant Energy built approximately 7.5 miles of 69-kilovolt transmission line to connect to a new Alliant Energy substation in Warrens, called the Warrens Substation.
